Say hello to Danaher's big friendly giant Joey! Joey originally arrived into our care after his owner sadly passed away. Joey is a great, friendly dog and full of character and love to give. He is a large breed with typical Bullmastiff traits so large breed experience is essential. He walks brilliantly on lead with a Halti and enjoys sniffing out his surroundings by your side. We have recently found out Joey has elbow dysplasia, causing osteoarthritis, this would have to be monitored and medicated in the home. Joey is a sociable boy and loves greeting other dogs on walks. Joey gets on brilliantly with other dogs and we feel he could live with a suitable companion. Potential friends would have to be assessed on size and play style to consider Joey’s joints in the home. Joey has previously been left in the home for a number of hours and happily snoozes away his time. He does however need further training with off-lead behaviour as he can become very over excited.
If you could offer this handsome boy his happy ending please fill out and submit the interest form below.
