💙My background:
Hello, my name is Blue! I have had a bit of a tough start to my life so far. I was found abandoned alone in a garden, skinny and hungry, until I was rescued by the RSPCA and brought to Danaher's care. When I arrived I fell poorly with Parvovirus and it was touch and go, but I pulled through after being cared for at a vets for two week. I am now super fit and health and as much as I love being at Danaher I am ready to start a new adventure!
🐾My personality:
Where do I start, I am full of character and love to give. I am a large lad with an even larger heart. I am a soppy yet cheeky boy, and despite my size I am a gentle giant when it comes to cuddles and affection.
🐶How I feel about people and dogs:
I am a sociable boy when it comes to people, I haven't got a bad bone in my body and I am out-going with everyone I meet.
I love dogs too! I just need to learn some manners when I see dogs on the lead, during first introductions I can get excited, and when it comes to playing off lead I can over stimulated too. I have lots of potential with dogs but still need to continue socialising and learning some all important social skills.
❤️What I love:
I love nothing more than hanging out with somebody and playing with toys. We often hang out together in our big barn with the radio on and my favourite toys. I also love to meet other dogs. I love my food and enjoy brain games with my handlers.
⭐Training needs:
I do need some training with how to walk on the lead, I need to learn not to pull as I can be strong on the lead.
As I haven't lived in a home before, or for a very long time at least, so I will need time to settle into my new home. Things will be a little scary at first for me, and once I find my feet I will need to learn all the boundaries of a home and learn your daily routine.
🏠My dream home:
I would love a home with someone experienced in large breed dogs. I would also love a garden to enjoy at home, and would benefit from an experienced owner who can support me finding my paws in my new home.
